Shipping Policy

Office Product Keys ("we", "us") operates officeproductkeys.com. By placing an order you agree to the terms below. These are provided so both parties understand how delivery works and what to expect from our service.

1. Digital Delivery Only

We sell digital software licence keys only. We do not ship physical products. All keys are delivered electronically by email and/or through your customer account after payment is confirmed. There are no shipping fees — delivery is free. You should receive your key within minutes of a successful purchase; in rare cases processing may take longer, and we will notify you if there is any delay.

2. Stock and Fulfilment

We aim to keep stock counts accurate on our website. Occasionally there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil every item at the time of purchase. In that case we will fulfil available products and contact you to offer either a wait for restock or a refund for the unavailable item, in line with our Refund & Returns Policy.

3. Checking Your Delivery

After payment, check the email address you used at checkout (and your spam/junk folder) for the delivery message. You can also log in to your account to view order details and keys. If you do not receive your key within the expected time, contact us at support@officeproductkeys.com with your order number and we will assist you.

4. Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order has been fulfilled (key delivered), we may be able to cancel and refund the order. Once a key has been sent, cancellations are not possible; please see our Refund & Returns Policy for eligibility for a refund in other situations.

5. No Physical Returns

Because we deliver digital products only, there is no physical item to return. Any returns or refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy and are processed entirely online via email — no shipping of physical goods is involved.
